The story moves slowly but is interesting enough to keep me going. The concept is a little different but easy enough to understand.
Really gets you inside the head of a horny adolescent boy. Plot is interesting, but if the kid was raised without technology, how does he know so much about it?
I was disappointed in part 2 because of the use of bad language, which I feel is unnecessary to the story. As I continue reading, it only gets worse and makes me sorry I purchased all 5 parts.
Okay I love, love me some Joseph Turkot, I gotta say that you front. If you want to read a well written, oh so good author just choose anything he's written. Can't wait for the next part!
Its hard to not read the next book in a series for me. Can't stand not knowing the ending. All in all, it was decent, and its a pretty easy read.
Another exciting post apocalypse tale by Joseph Turkot! His new protagonists are equally intriguing as Tanner is in The Rain series and the reader is caught up in the web of intrigue and cannot put the book down till done and gasping for more!!
This second part was very exciting and unpredictable. Hoping the 3rd one comes soon! Same questions still rolling through my head... what the heck is that tower?? Where did Maze come from? What and who else is out there? What are the fathers involved in,.. what are they hiding and why? Always more questions! Loved it!!
